A Few Of The Topics You Will Find Here:

Planning For All Stages Of Life

If you want to prepare for all stages of life you must start by knowing what you want.

Where you want to live, who you want to live with, what you want to drive, what you want to achieve.

It's all here, by age/stage too.
Education. Employment, Marriage, Children, Retirement, End Of Life.

Emergency Readiness

We never expect emergencies.

You have an accident. Who do you contact? What hospital do you go to? Do you have a living will? Power of attorney? Where is your insurance information?

Be ready!

Help People Help You
(When You Need Help!)

Family, Churches and volunteer need to know how to help you. Do you need help mowing the yard? Getting medicines? Paying the bills. Servicing the furnace? Finding warranties? Paying Bills? Make it easier for those who want to help with this checklist!

Passwords / Secure Info

Bad people want to steal your user-names and passwords, to then steal your money from your banks, credit cards and more. Identity theft is a huge problem. But there are ways to be able to easily find your passwords but to keep others from them.

Assets: Creating And Tracking

Assets help you live a good life, such as homes, 401k's, investments, crypto currency assets, and more! Then you will want to pass them on to loved ones one day, but you must plan for this!

Assets: All In One Place

Get all the information in one place!

You worked hard to build your legacy and your assets. See how to create more assets, then make sure they get to the right people with less stress. Make it easy to locate and access these vital resources is the kindest thing you can do for your loved ones.

Your Legacy:

Sharing Your Legacy

Your thoughts, goals, beliefs and values, dreams. What is important to you? What do you want people to know and remember about you?

Reflection On Life:

Before You Go!

This is the section for reflection. Think about life, what you accomplished. What do you still want to do? Who do you need to talk to before the end of life? Here are a few examples.

Your Final Wishes And Funeral

Do you want to be buried? Where? What songs will be sung? What verses will be read? What do you want your obituary to say? Who do you want contacted? Now is the time to make this known!

Examples Of People Who Need This Document

#1
Anyone, at any time - especially with children.

I initially learned about the stress and hurt of losing a loved one and the importance of being ready for losing a loved on unexpectedly when my wife Michelle passed away in 2008 from Cancer at 40 years of age, leaving me with an 8- year-old child to raise 240 miles from my family. I had to take over running a household and the financial tasks my lovely wife had done (Michelle was an accountant and very good at all of this). I struggle(d) but learned the best way to be able to do this is to be organized and to have the information I need in one place before I lose a loved one. This is an example of having relatively short notice of the loss of a loved one.

#2
Anyone with elderly parents

At the time of writing this book, I, along with my 6 (six!) loving siblings are helping to take care of our elderly parents. Mom and Dad who are 87 and 91 years of age, respectively. We need the information in this book in one place. Also as a way to pass on their legacy, their knowledge and memories. We simply do not want their legacy of love, commitment, hard work, and stories to get away from us forever. This document helps make it easier to care for them and to preserve their legacy. #3
Anyone who has children, for them to start using now.

As a single Dad, I am now preparing this document with my own information for my now college graduated daughter, so that the information from me is in one place for her. I also hope she will create the document for herself at an early age, so she has it her entire life to make her life easier from this day forth!
